An SUV driver drove through a Black Lives Matter protest on a road in Midtown Manhattan Tuesday night after demonstrators tried to cease his automobile whereas they marched, New York Police Division officers stated.
Nobody was injured or arrested within the incident, the officers stated. The driving force was briefly detained after which launched by NYPD officers, in response to officers. The officers didn’t instantly establish the driving force.
The driving force began driving via an illustration at 42nd Avenue and Sixth Avenue at about 9 p.m. after protesters tried to cease his automobile from passing whereas they marched, the officers stated.
Through the confrontation, protesters pushed their bikes below the SUV, and the automobile rolled over the bikes, in response to NYPD officers.
