The nonpartisan Fee on Presidential Debates on Monday introduced a plan for the controversy, which will likely be divided into six segments, every with a special matter. President Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden will likely be silenced whereas their opponent provides a two-minute opening assertion at first of every 15-minute section.
