We’re residing in a time of nice fury. The pressure is spilling over into our private lives, fomenting hostility with associates, household and even strangers—and harming our personal emotional well-being.
Anger will increase when anxiety will increase. It’s an adaptive response to menace. Anger prompts the battle or flight response. It alerts us to concentrate to a possible hazard.
