The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested the person who filmed the video exhibiting the deadly taking pictures of Ahmaud Arbery in coastal Glynn County, Ga., and charged him with homicide.
The person, William Bryan Jr., recorded the Feb. 23 encounter of Mr. Arbery, a 25-year-old unarmed black man, and two armed white males—Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son, Travis McMichael, 34.
